To put it behind him

Fired employee won't sue Prior Lake-Savage school district

The Prior Lake-Savage school board member and fired high school employee has decided not to pursue claim of wrongful termination. Four months after being sworn in for his seat on the Prior Lake-Savage school board and almost a year after being fired from his job as a campus supervisor at Prior Lake High School, Chris Lind has decided to try to put the drama behind him. Lind, who had been considering suing the district for wrongful termination for the past year, said through an attorney on Wednesday that he does not want to pursue the litigation. Reached at home, he declined to comment beyond saying he's "choosing to forgive and move on."
