Experts help sort out data in a recent report that shows pockets of resistance to the swoon. ... Data says: People in Sunfish Lake, a miniscule enclave of wealth in Dakota County, aren't feeling any downturn: The average price has almost doubled in the past couple of years. Reaction: That may very well be true, experts say. "I hate to say 'higher end,' but those areas, even in the past few weeks, have seen tremendous traffic and demand," even as the overall market declines, said Anthony Maurer of Tradition Reality, president-elect of the Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors.
